As a travel specialist, I usually see more and more tourists renting apartment in Majorca with big travel companies or local majorcan agents, but what they dont really know is that all this aprtments or villas in Majorca are also available for rent directly with the owner.
What this means? Well… nothing else that if you rent a majorca apartment with the owner you will save over 30% of the total rental cost. This apartments have touristic license so actually the big company or local rental agent behing your holiday rental will make you pay 20-30% more only for his advertising costs.
I recommend you renting in directly with the owner, in this way you will get the same service and quality at a much lower rate.
